Jasmine is built on high ground for the maximum amount of privacy and air circulation, which is why the main living area of the house is on the second floor. There is also a tower and rooftop sunning deck with 360 views and great ocean breezes.
Ideally situated on a narrow spit of land, this villa has a pool and is surrounded by the most beautiful colored water. The villa is a short two minute walk to the prestigious Taylor Bay Beach.
The Upper Level has a spacious terrace with wonderful views of the ocean and spectacular sunsets. It has both open and shaded areas, a 16 x 20 pool and a wet bar. It also has a Living room with one wall completely open to the terrace, dining room, large gourmet kitchen, which opens onto a back terrace and views of Chalk Sound.
